Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the China Hong Kong Railway Institution Ltd will be held at 6:30 pm on Thursday, 21th August 2025 for the following purpose:-

1. To receive and consider the Statement of Accounts and the Reports of the Executive Committee and auditors for the year ended 31st December 2024
2. To elect members of the Executive Committee
3. To elect other Officers
4. To appoint Auditors
5. To transact any other ordinary Business
A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member.

After the AGM, Ms. K. L. FOK, Chief Engineer / Northern Metropolis Railways (2) and Mr. K.
F. CHOI, Chief Engineer / Northern Metropolis Railways (3), will deliver a VIP talk on “Crossboundary Lines – Hong Kong-Shenzhen Western Rail Link & Northern Link Spur Line.
