Introduction

The Shenzhen Metro Line 13 acts as an important connection between north and south in the Shenzhen urban rail transit network, directly connecting to important cross-border ports between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. This railway line provides strong support for the integration of the Greater Bay Area. The project is constructed in two phases: Phase One, the southern section from Shenzhen Bay Checkpoint to Hi-Tech Central, has already been put into operation in 2024, while the entire line is scheduled to be fully operational by 2025.

During this site visit, participants will have the opportunity to experience the autonomous driving technology on Line 13, as well as viewing the intelligent service systems installed in the stations, including customer service robots and customer self-service centers. Moreover, by visiting the control room at Houhai Station, participants can view real-time operational data on the smart station display panel, understanding the advanced management skills of station operation.
