Dear Members,

On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the China Hong Kong Railway Institution (CHKRI), we sincerely thank you for your continuous support and participation. As a non-profit organization, CHKRI is committed to promoting knowledge exchange among members in railway engineering, operations, and management. In addition, we actively establish close connections with railway organizations in mainland China and around the world, sharing the latest and most advanced information and technology.

To celebrate this important milestone, we cordially invite you to attend the celebration events held from August 18 to 19, 2023. For details, please refer to Attachment A:

During the seminar, we will have a series of keynote speeches from experts from mainland China and Hong Kong. Members are welcome to participate in Q&A sessions and panel discussions to exchange and explore ideas together. At the dinner, we are honored to have Mr. Lam Sai Hung, the Secretary for Transport and Logistics, as our distinguished guest, providing a good opportunity to connect with industry experts.

The participation fee for the seminar and dinner is HKD 1,800 (individual member) / HKD 2,200 (nonmember) / HKD 3,000 (corporate member). If mainland or overseas members need accommodation, the institution can provide assistance in arranging, with an estimated additional cost of HKD 2,000 per night.
