Technical Visit – CRRC Guangdong Rail Transit Vehicles Co., Ltd
Introduction
CRRC Guangdong Rail Transit Vehicles Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CRRC Guangdong Company”) is a strategic cooperation project between Guangdong Province and CRRC, which is a holding subsidiary of CRRC Qingdao Sifang Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., LTD. CRRC Guangdong Company was established on 1 June 2010, mainly engaged in the new construction and maintenance of rail transit vehicles and related industrial services, and the import and export business of rail transit vehicles.
The factory of CRRC Guangdong Company is planned to cover an area of about 1 million square meters, with the overall construction scale of 700 new EMU trains / year, 130 trains / year, and 65 trains for four and five trains / year. The total investment of fixed assets in the first phase has formed the capacity of intercity EMU, urban rail subway vehicles, large parts such as aluminum alloy body and maintenance of high-speed EMU. The average annual production capacity has achieved 480 new vehicles and 640 maintenance vehicles. The product sequence of CRRC Guangdong Company includes rail transit vehicles such as intercity EMU urban (suburban) trains, subway vehicles and light rail tram monorail vehicles, which can carry out the construction and repair of rail transit vehicles with various gauge and power supply systems to meet the needs of domestic and overseas markets.
As a leading enterprise of rail transit equipment manufacturing in Guangdong Province, CRRC Guangdong Company is a rail transit equipment manufacturing OEM with complete processes such as bogie assembly, car body welding, painting, final assembly, static debugging, and dynamic debugging.

Successful registrants will be notified in due course. The confirmation email will be sent before 11 December 2023. Certificate of Attendance will be issued to paid-up members ONLY.
